1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
- Web Page Design & Development Services: Refunds may be requested before the project has been initiated. Once work has commenced and full invoice paid, partial refunds may be provided based on the work completed.
- SEO Services & Google Ads Campaign Management: Due to the nature of digital marketing, refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. However, if work has not yet begun, a refund request may be considered and will be processed in 5 working days.
- Domain, Hosting, Email & SSL Services: Since these services are purchased through third-party providers (e.g., GoDaddy, Hostinger), refund eligibility will depend on the provider’s policies. Please refer to their terms for more details. After purchasing of Domain services no refund will be provided .
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Payments made for completed services.
- Any third-party service fees.
- Custom work that has been completed and delivered.
3. Refund Process

- Provide a valid reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review the request and determine eligibility within 7-10 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
